"Hello i did a random call to dealership looking for a specific model (Pioneer 1000-5} called many dealerships that showed in inventory on websites but none in stock. So i called Wilson PowerSports and salesperson answered and introduced himself, Nick Frisby and he answered my questions good and informed me they had one on floor he was looking at he sent m pics of it so after some communications and speaking with Richard Kirk & Casey McCullough some parts needed to be ordered and expected delivery of parts and them installing was established, we finished Purchase with Nick that day online.....All went as planned and it was ready for pick up on time as promised.... "I'm looking for a 4x4 side-by-side to replace a Rhino that was incinerated in a wildfire at my eastern WA off-grid property. Stillwater had a new Polaris Ranger 500 4x4 at a good price, AVAILABLE without an extended wait. I spoke with Kim, who was friendly, courteous, informative...a thorough professional (which is the highest praise I can give). She did NOT try to pressure me, she informed me of the Polaris "Heros" discount for veterans, explained all the benefits of the UTV, and told me I would not find a better price (I tried, she was right). However, she warned me that shipping costs might be high enough to offset any savings I'd get by buying from Stillwater -- she told me to get a few quotes before I made up my mind. She was right, I couldn't get a shipping quote for less than $1,750. Regretfully, I called Kim this morning and told her I couldn't buy the Ranger. She was disappointed, but very supportive of my decision. I don't know what you are paying KIm, but believe me, it isn't enough. She is the best, most honest, most helpful salesperson I have ever run across, and if I can find a way to give you folks some business, it will be entirely because of Kim."

"Well, I did buy a used FZ-6 and the process was quick and smooth with no issues. But that is not why I am writing this testimonial. I was not actually looking for a bike at that time; instead, I was looking for a place to do continued business and service my FJR. I am of a mind that I can buy a piece of equipment anywhere but once I have it, and it needs something, what then? That is where my hang up usually lies, I need to be comfortable with a business in order to trust them enough to work on the bikes that I use almost every day. The individuals that I have talked to most, Derek in sales, Amy in parts, and Larry in service, while not knowing me from any other goofy rider who lets his daughter drop the FZ-6 on her foot 3 days after buying it and having to take the bike back to get the fairing replaced, easily made it to the top of the list of people I in which I want to do business. The fact is, I like them. They are relaxed and enjoyable to be around but professional and efficient in a manner that speaks of integrity. So I found what I was looking for; I found a place to do business and provide service for my bikes which is what I was really looking for when Derek managed to convince me that the FZ-6 would be a perfect bike for my daughter. By the way, she loves the bike and maybe Amy can convince her to buy that decorative helmet when I am not looking."
